We usually process your order within 24 hours. Orders placed before 12 am are shipped on the same day from Monday to Friday, if possible.

We ship with DHL Paket or UPS. If you are in a hurry, you can also choose the option Express. 
As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email with your shipment number and a link for tracking. For this purpose, you automatically agree to the transmission of your email address to Deutsche Post AG with the completion of your order. It will be used exclusively for the transmission of data for shipment tracking.
All shipping costs quoted are exclusive of VAT.

Yes, that's no problem. To receive your shipment at a Packstation, enter your delivery address as follows:

  1. Fill in the first name and surname as normal.
  2. Enter “Packstation” and the three-digit number of your desired Packstation in the Street address field.
  3. Enter the zip code and city of the desired Packstation in the Postal code and City fields.
  4. Enter your Postnummer in the Additional address line 1 field. You can find it on your DHL customer card or in the Post & DHL app.
