Yes. After successfully registering as a B2B customer, you benefit from professional pricing as well as possible volume discounts and special prices by arrangement. Our offering is aimed at businesses that resell piercing and jewelry products or use them professionally in their studios.
If you would like special conditions for specific items or product groups (e.g. for regular reorders), simply contact us. We will review your request and prepare a suitable offer based on individual agreement.
Only logged-in, registered business customers can see their actual B2B prices (net). Without logging in or without a customer account, our regular retail prices (gross) are displayed instead.
We ship our goods reliably and quickly. Delivery times vary depending on the item and order quantity. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation. If you have any questions about shipping or larger orders, we are happy to assist you personally.
Unlike private customers, business customers generally do not have a statutory right of withdrawal, as they are considered professional buyers. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. In the event of complaints or warranty cases, we will of course support you.
